There is a big factor to consider when choosing between those buildings located right on the beach and those which sit further back behind protected Mangrove wetlands, though they BOTH offer exceptional views, luxury amenities and access to the beach.

 

For instance, many of the condominium buildings in the Park Shore area of Naples sit right at the edge of the sandy beach, literally a few yards away from the water's edge.
